I think 'testicles' are more tricky 'cos balls to Picasso are cubes.

I don't understand all the fuss. I remember the first nude model I had to draw in art college was, a distraction, but after a while the models just became light and dark.
I can't imagine that anybody would jerk off to a Picasso painting, but you never know, each to his own.

Challenge accepted.
Thumbsup

I think it is funny that that didn't blur the ass (at least I think it's an ass, with Picasso it can be hard to tell sometimes)

I had to be "That guy", and I ain't by a long shot defending Faux News, but in this case it appears to a misstatement by some individual.
I did some digging and it would appear like the censored version was from an affiliate station in New York, and it looks like the Fox Network itself broadcast the paintings uncensored.

It's called the art of religious moronism. Showing dead bodies, no big deal. If you watch one of the more popular crime shows, there's always at least one morgue scene with bodies in different stages of decomposure or dismemberment in all it's glorious detail. But make sure to keep the privates covered, since that might seriously hurt the tender feelings of the watchers.

RE: Foxnews blurs breasts in Picasso painting
Much of modern prudish attitudes about our bodies is the result of having private bathrooms. Peeing and pooping in chamber pots while in the presence of others or relieving oneself on the side of the road or gutter was common place 200 years ago.

And most people don't realize this but women didn't wear panties or knickers under their long dresses until dresses rose above the ankle in early 1915 or so. Underpants would have simply gotten in the way of peeing in a chamber pot.

I was watching a movie from the 1950's (can't remember the name of it) but it had some famous nude artwork in it which was not fuzzed out.

Sometimes I think we are actually more prudish today than the 1950's.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

I was an art major. Drawing the human body is extremely difficult. It becomes almost a clinical experience and takes a lot of concentration. We would have women models but quite a lot of men too. A lot of the guys were from the college football team and they came in the art class eager to impress all the female students but then they discovered how boring it was to sit in one position and not move. The women models were more relaxed about the situation. Not sure why.

In high school art class we had a female model but she wore a tiny bikini. I'll bet today that wouldn't be allowed.
