Sure.

Present a better alternative.

Account for its results.

It's okay; I'll wait.

Was that really all you had to say? That the scientific method is imperfect? Something that is taught to all scientists as a matter of course?

I&I nobody says science is free from bias, but the world, unlike your profile pic or your brain, doesn't work in black and white. Religion is absurd wherever you look at it, science has its bias and absurdities, but it weeds them out and builds upon reliable information.

Absolute truth is impossible to even begin to define. Does that mean we can't know anything? NO! again: NO! we can know stuff, but we have to be aware that our knowledge might be limited and so it can very much be questioned in the future.

No do you have any goal for this thread? or for anything at all?

That was obvious from day one.
Attention for his ranting.
Nowhere else can he get any.

Can't you see?!?!? God is perfect!

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

And the BS comes out in the end as he starts a new thread about Bush and WMD's.

Please don't troll my science section with your dumb ass.

Rather simple. And exactly what I said before but went ignored.

A hypothesis and whatever it leads to will continually be see up to new hypotheses from multiple methods and biases... Including unbiased attempts and religious angles attempts. If they keep converging in a way its a strong consensus and looks valid.

Philosophy can study all flaws, to an extent the knowledge isn't exact. But its irrelevant in this point; Its a matter if how its more reliable than unconfirmed assertions.

Of course, If you question science you must believe in a god. :roll eyes:

Science like any other religion that came about by a bunch of guys forming consensus on what they think is true, and guess what, that is bullshit. Science as this abstract thing that has all the answers is a religion. Are there parts of this science religion that one can use in ones daily life to make it better? yes are there parts that can make life worse? yes just like any other bullshit religion.
