Math Blaster

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.

That's the one. Never saw a sequel to it.

They never made one. the developer, Troika Games, only made three titles before they folded.

Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura (2001)

The Temple of Elemental Evil (2003)

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines (2004)

Arcanum is a buggy mess, and much like Obsidian Entertainment and Bethesda Softworks, it's unfortunately a defining trait of the studio. Their second game. Temple of Elemental Evil, is another old-school isometric CRPG, this one however was the first to use the then new D&D 3.5 Edition rules. Mostly well received, if you like old D&D flavored CRPG's like Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale. Their last title, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines, is actually a first person RPG with immersive sim elements (like Deus Ex, System Shock, Thief, and Arx Fatalis), taking place in the White Wolf table-top Vampire: The Masquerade universe, set in modern day California. It was also the first game released on the Source Engine, beating Valve's own flagship title Half-Life² to market by almost a year. Another fun, but horribly buggy game. Fortunately all three titles had relatively small but dedicated communities form up around them, and fan made patches are available for all three that greatly improve the experience. Also, all 3 are available on Good Old Games (gog.com) relatively cheap and DRM free.

Plus, there is Jeanette.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure. Brutal.
