I used to belong to the United Church of Canada, a church with liberal thinking whereby God is more about inner spiritualism, not something loitering about in space. The fundie won't attend a church of another denomination yet seems to think I should attend hers. The congregation is small and getting smaller as many have gone to the Lutheran church. You're right about the bullying. I shall tell her that should I wish to attend church it will be of my own denomination and not hers. Thanks for the push.

Sounds like the Unitarian Universalists. I got no beef with a religion with no creed or dogma.
