Well that sucks. Lets give google a go eh?
Could be worth a try
With pictures!

Seriously dude? Do you think I'm new to this laundry thing Dodgy

Of course I tried it.

It shrank about 4x (the previous size) I managed to get it back to 2x.

Had it not been such a perfect fit before, it may have worked. It would fit my younger son, who weighes about a hundred pounds soaking wet...

But I've got boobs.

I do think Muffs was trying to be helpful.

Sorry about the sweater, I am sure your son will love it. Undecided

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Right. Once cashmere has gone into the dryer you basically have a LOVELY, expensive sweater for a 2 yr old.

its a crying shame.

That is why I do not like owning expensive things. If I have to worry about ruining it to the point of paranoia it isn't worth it to me. All the valuable things I have, which isn't much or that expensive at all, are wrapped up in a closet.

Wife banned me from the laundry room. Whole family goes ballistic if they hear I'm in there.

Too much bleach on about $1000 worth of clothes ensured I would never have to do the laundry again.

Cool

Poor Momsie Hug

Swing with me a while, we can listen to the birds call, we can keep each other warm.
Swing with me forever, we can count up every flower, we can weather every storm.

Can you repurpose the cashmere somehow.
http://savedbylovecreations.com/2012/10/...s-0140587/

If you know someone who knits or sews you can remake the cashmere into something else.
Google repurposing sweaters in images and all kinds of ideas pop up!

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

RE: Fuuuuuuck!
I'm sorry, Mom, but you are going to have to look far and wide before you find someone who HAS NOT made an equally grievous mistake. There is only one solution for you -- you must buy a replacement and damn the expense. [Believe me, I know what cashmere costs. I am addicted to cashmere top coats at $800-$1200 each.] But, no matter what it costs to replace that sweater, you deserve it and it is money that must be spent even if you have to pay it off over time. You do not deserve to punish yourself over this mistake. I can't count the number of times I've told my wife to replace something [including a 1.5 carat diamond that fell out of her dinner ring]. This shit always happens when you don't feel you can afford it, but if you love yourself, you have to bite the bullet and spend the money. Big Grin

So my hubby shrunk my jeans on purpose? Is that what you're saying?

Why, that dirty rat......

When I read the thread title, I wasn't sure if it was a command or not.
