RE: "Gay Pride"
The term is sort of a misnomer. Many people think being gay is a bad thing, that gay people should be ashamed, that they should be quiet, or just not exist. Gay pride is a reaction to this mindset. It's not really much about pride; it's about a group of people who refuse to be bullied into submission.

You also realize that "homophobia" isn't really the fear of gay people, right? It's a general term for people who dislike or just disapprove of homosexuals.

To answer your question, no, pride is not something only oppressed people should be allowed to express. That's a stupid assumption based on poorly chosen term.

“One of the painful things about our time is that those who feel certainty are stupid,
and those with any imagination and understanding are filled with doubt and indecision.”

RE: "Gay Pride"
I agree with eksyte. Gay pride isn't the same thing you see in white supramacists talking about their "white pride" at all. For gays, it is more that they have been denied rights, called an "abomination" by religious folks, in some cases beaten, killed, driven to suicide, in the past they have been imprisoned or considered mentally ill. So "gay pride" is just saying that they are ok with themselves and should not be expected to hide their orientation.
