Been feeling off... again... Blew up and bolted from the house two weeks back, but that's blown over. Just feeling bad. Not even a good definable reason or feeling for it. It's just 'bleh'. It's really frustrating, but at the same time I can't muster much of an effort to be frustrated at the constant/continuous down-periods.

Going to be a long day tomorrow: Seeing my psych in the morning, and if that weren't exhausting enough I'll be seeing the Program Psych a few hours later, so I'll be out all day with nothing to really do between the gap in my two appointments.

An opportunity to do something fun? Library? Movie? Walk in the park? Or?

I'll probably treat myself to a rare fast food lunch to kill a bit of time. Unfortunately there isn't much around, certainly nothing much I know how to get to that is.

There is a theatre, but movies are expensive, I'd have to push past the whole 'buying a ticket' thing... and having just checked their listing, there's nothing I can (and would want to) watch due to showing times.
There's a library at the shopping centre which acts as my transport hub in that region, but I've never been in before, so I might try it.

Aside from that I can't think of anything at all. I can't risk going too far afield, I have a huge gap between appointments, but I don't want to risk any interruptions because that wont do me any good, especially on a mentally exhausting day like tomorrow will be. Psych appointments always drain me.

If the weather is nice, just chill out in a local park/bench or something. I find just relaxing with a drink and my headphones is a pretty good thing to do sometimes.

The only local park I know of in the area is in right next to a major road, chilling would not be easy.

I'll figure it all out.

No worries just take it easy. I know every town/city is different, although my town centre has a fairly nice "bench" area, where if you plug in some noise cancelling headphones, you can just chill out and people watch with cup of tea Smile (Or coffee if you're not British hah.)

Well it's all over and done with now.

Reg Psych and I talked about my downturn in mood. I got some homework to do in the form of activity and mood logs.

With the Program Psych, I did a small questionnaire rating things like. Y feelings of hopelessness, self hatred, suicide risk, that stuff. He asked things like how I feel under certain circumstances and what emotions/feelings hurt the worst, I answered that feeling like a failure does. And we talked about that for a while.

It was a productive day but super tiring.
