If we came from dust, then why is there still dust?

RE: Girl Scout cookies
I've never even heard of savannah smiles or toffee-tastic, could they be regional?

RE: Girl Scout cookies
Probably. I had to leave out a lot of other types, which are only sold in specific markets. I've had an off brand version of Savannah Smiles. They are damn tasty.

RE: Girl Scout cookies
I don't recall the name of the ones I like. They have chocolate swirls on them. One thing I know for sure- when I walk out of the supermarket and am accosted by a little girl selling cookies, I am unable to remove that smile by walking by without buying some. Even if I really don't need them. I'm glad that I didn't have daughters. I spoil my wife badly enough. A daughter would have killed me!

RE: Girl Scout cookies
There are 2 girl scout bakeries, "regional" sort of, they're very convoluted regions though, one county over in CA and I have a different selection. Good article with map here:

So my favorites aren't technically listed (Caramel Delights), but they are very similar to Samoas supposedly, but I've never HAD actual Samoas so I couldn't pick that... I picked my close second favorite though, Thin Mints.

Samoas. I have failed, every gorram time, to follow the daily serving recommendation.

Ignorance is not to be ignored.

RE: Girl Scout cookies
I've never had the ABC Bakers Thin Mints. Generic store brand Samoas tasted the same as the Girl Scout versions to me.

RE: Girl Scout cookies
We get two flavours, "chocolate" and "vanilla". I don't buy either because they aren't made with real Girl Scouts.
