By that point the Russian army will recognize my power and swear allegiance to me.
The Russian government wont just disband it.
But because they will swear allegiance to me, my first command will be that they topple the old Russian anti-muffs government and substitute it for a pro-muffs puppet government.

I accept that this will have to occur in several large countries and I accept that.

I don't know what makes you think that as a global government is entirely plausible.
I'd even go so far as to say that it would be inevitable.
