Cosmos is on the US netflix thats worth a look.
Anything narrated by David Attenborough is well worth a watch if you are into biology.

So far they are the only science things i've watched.

Behold the power of the force!

I'm not so sure I'd say it's about science, but "The Unbelievers," is a great film about Richard Dawkins' and Lawrence Krauss's efforts to promote rationality and science over religion; or at least as an alternative mindset to a faith-based worldview. Great documentary.

Here's everything that I watched recently that was at least decent

Space Trek - Ted Talks
Particle Fever (good if you can sit through 2 hours)
Life in Our Universe - The Great Courses (dry but Awesome. I actually learned some stuff)
Cosmos (the best thing on netflix hands down)
Neil DeGrasse Tyson's Inexplicable Universe (it's NDT of course it's good)
Ultimate Mars Challenge
Hawking
The Blue Planet
The Planets
Journey of the Universe: An Epic Story
Unraveling the Cosmos

The Unbelievers (religion not necessarily science but good)

Thanks. I watched a David Attenborough film yesterday on polar bears. It's good stuff. It reminds me of Planet Earth.

I have to say I wasn't impressed with it.

Except for the last 10 minutes and the ending credits.

Ted Talks

It's all good.

How can anyone become an atheist when we are all born with no beliefs in the first place? We are atheists because we were born this way.
