I gave him my card once to get me a pc game.

He must have rememberd my code, regulary took the card and took money.

I must have not noticed somehow and he must have put alot of effort into me not noticing it.

RE: Got robbed by my own brother
You need to treat it as a common theft. The fact that you think that your brother did it is irrelevant. You don't actually know for sure. This means that the very first thing that you need is to report it to the authorities. They will then do the necessary investigations which will provide the evidence you need to sue your brother if it was him.

I wouldn't even tell your brother that you suspect him because you need him to get caught in the act. If only for his own sake.

In total I must have saved up to 3300 euros over the last two years.

So imagine my suprise when I checked my account today and only 700 euros where on it.

Turns out my brother stole 2600 euros in the course of 4 months

I havent felt this horrible in years. I might have to take my own brother to court.

That asshole! Mine stole from my mom. It really hurts when it's someone in the family. I am still angry and mine has been dead for going on 10 years. Go to court and nail him. (ok, that may not be rational advice, I am angry again just thinking about it.)

We must have the same brother. My revenge is living long enough to see him dead for 10 years.

Do NOT sweep this under the rug. He's a criminal, period. He lost the "brother" status with the first euro that went missing.

We have enough youth. How about looking for the Fountain of Smart?

Brother or not, go straight to the authorities. Do not let the fact that he is your brother screw up your life. Get the card info and trace all the charges and dispute them. It will be work but this can be resolved.

RE: Got robbed by my own brother
Did the thief use the card details on-line or did he use the actual physical card to go out and buy stuff. If the former then you can find out the delivery address. If the latter then it's proof that it's someone with access to your home on a regular basis. You will need proof to take him to court.
