12 fucking degrees with a wind chill of -10!!? How the fuck am I supposed to crawl out of this and still smile?!

Oh. Shit, I know ... I'll smile and then go outside & walk to the end of the drive: grimacing smile permanently frozen to face.

FINE. Angry

Beat me to it, Kim. I was thinking about posting here as I made my way out for lunch. I'm not out in it all day, but I'm in and out all day long. I think my coat is getting worn out just from how many times I have to put it on and take it off.

Fuck. Winter. Dodgy

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

I can't really complain about the weather, we've had like 2 days without rain.

Right now, it's 36.

Damn balmy compared to other places. @Kim

Hug Not because you're sad, but just to keep you warm. Smile

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Good idea with the hugs ... but I may need an orgy for my feet! Blink

It was like 20 this morning. Miserable weather.

Our wind chills are about -20 right now.

I just got back inside from putting knotted nylons full of salt on my roof to cut channels in all of the ice dams that are forming. Fuggin winter.

About 17 degrees this morning but got up to about 37 this afternoon.

Possible sleet tomorrow, not good news. No

Yesterday it was raining and warm all day.

The rain kept the temp down from the hot that it was supposed to have been somewhat, but the damn humidity produce was unbearable...

Why is it that you remember you forgot to get around to cleaning out all but the easiest to reach rain gutter you have only after it's filled with water that freezes over making it heavy enough to fall right off your gawdam house? Facepalm
