Hard Rock Hallelujah

This song won the Eurovision song contest but is it a song that is christian or is it a mockery of Christianity? Its life on my Spotify playlist hand in the balance.

RE: Hard Rock Hallelujah
It's a song about METAL, which spoofs the fundamentals of Christianity. Lordi is a very playful band. Everything about the song is meant to put Metal (or, "hard rock", as it seems) on par with a religion in that the music is followed and worshipped with zeal. If you look at the lyrics; you'll find that there's a lot of tongue-in-cheek metaphor.

I forgot that I like this song, though. Good post. Thumbsup

Through profound pain comes profound knowledge.
Ridi, Pagliaccio, sul tuo amore infranto! Ridi del duol, che t'avvelena il cor!
