So if something is a constitutional right it is emidatly the same thing as all consitutional rights aswell as having the same implications for individual and society?
The fact that the writers put them both in the first 10 amendments and called them the BILL OF RIGHTS shows their belief that those 10 were all equally important.

Cletus, I knew you were thick, but I had no clue there was that much swamp shit stuffed in your tiny redneck brain.

If you are to incompetent to misunderstand the difference between actions then what is the point in talking about such matters.

Is cooking the same as cleaning to you aswell because your batterd Mississipi wife does both of them?

All you know how to do is insult because you've been thoroughly defeated by this American in every thread. Just like America crushed Germany in two world wars, so have you been crushed.

As I said, illegal voters vote for democrats for more free stuff and relaxed immigration laws. Poor people have ID. I see it every day,

You're kinda sorta making my point for me. You can't tell from a driver's license or gun permit whether they're citizens or legal residents. Legal residents cannot vote but they can get legitimate ID which can be shown at the voting poll. So I ask you again, what exactly would a voter ID requirement accomplish if a legal resident can show up and show their id and illegally vote?

It's not just about illegals. It prevents people from voting multiple times, or voting under someone elses name, and that benefits all political parties.

But not someone who is a legal resident but not a citizen from voting illegally.

Depends on the jurisdiction. States with proper steps in place, can and do prevent illegal voters from voting. If you look closely at the places that don't want voter ID laws, you'll see democrats in charge. That's how they win.

No Cletus. I arrange my arguments to be acompanied by insults since you are the kind of person who deserves as much abuse as possible.

Because you are reched redneck scum.

Last I looked the Peoples Socialist Republic of Maryland with no voter ID laws just elected a Republican Governor. Generalizations are almost always invariably wrong.

That's because no democrats showed up to vote and just stayed home, allowing the republicans to win everything, according to MSNBC and Obama. The votes democrats did get were the same 5 illegals voting multiple times. (Obviously a joke)
