If believing in that makes you happy, go for it. But, maybe it's time to examine where your beliefs actually came from. Just because a group of people wrote things down in a book and called it magic doesn't make it true.

There is no wine in the start of the Catholic Eucharist. Am I right?

There are bread and wine in the start of the Eastern Orthodox Eucharist.

Therefore, the Catholics do not drink the blood in the end of Eucharist. Capisce?

The Reality is what exists even without our knowledge of its existence.

No, you are not right.

I am not accountable to any God. I am accountable to myself - and not because I think I am God as some theists would try to assert - but because, no matter what actions I take, thoughts I think, or words I utter, I have to be able to live with myself.

From here:
"in the Mass, however, there is no real shedding of blood, no real death; but the separate consecration of the bread and of the wine symbolizes the separation of the body and blood of Christ and thus symbolizes his death upon the cross."

I am not accountable to any God. I am accountable to myself - and not because I think I am God as some theists would try to assert - but because, no matter what actions I take, thoughts I think, or words I utter, I have to be able to live with myself.

I don't need a quote. I can speak from my own personal experience as an Ex-Catholic. The priest always took a big swig of wine when eating Jesus crackers.
