No. And stop watching the History Channel.

If there was a superior alien culture on earth then there would be traces of such an advanced culture in the past, as compared to human cultures during or after being less complex.

I've never been able to make it through an entire episode of Ancient Aliens!
Is it just me, or does that guy look like he desperately wishes he was Einstien?

I agree.

I cannot tolerate sitting through any of those types of TV programs. The bias is so obvious that honest skepticism is thrown out the door.

I've tried watching some, just so I can know what they're talking about. Seems each new season brings a fresh new crop of people encountering this stuff for the first time and thinking they've had answers revealed to them.

When I was a Christee I ate this stuff up. Not that I believed, but I thought the speculation was fun. Now, it's beyond annoying. It seems most of us here think its complete cow feces, but apparently we really are in the minority or there wouldn't be so much money involved in making and showing these types of pseudoscience. Short answer: no.

Longer answer: I love my Gwynnies! That makes me pretty fucking alien. Big Grin

Speculation about "ancient technologies," and "how'd they do that," run aground on the shoal of "because they were fucking bored!" At least for me. Thumbsup

My sister and I love watching those shows, but we do it because we like to make fun of it. It becomes like an episode of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" with us.
