I sent out a pm to everyone who pmed me about this, explaining everything step by step. If you did not receive the email or want to get involved, please pm before 11pm GMT today. That's when we meet the first time.

Short explanation IRC (Internet Relay Chat):
There are several networks for this type of chat. Usually you need an IRC client. There are tons and normally they are for free, for example mIRC and xchat.
We are going to use the Freenode network which offers a browser based version of IRC. So noone has to download anything or learn to handle it.
The step by step guide is in the pm, if you need help (which I doubt Big Grin ) just pm me.
