The problem is that if the poor dog is suffering from something that can be helped by actual, real medicine and the owner is giving them this homeopathy shit (actually shit has a lot of stuff in it) then they are doing the dog a disservice.

It's animal neglect brought on by stupidity.

Totally. I think people want to try things hey perceive as " less dangerous" befor using medicine. Unfortunately, by the time you've tried all the supplements, tinctures, potions and snake oil, it's too late.
Any statement that claims to improve any health condition should be subject to medical fraud if lacking evidence.

Nano-phase? WTAF is that? Consider

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.

I'm partial to fact number 29 myself.

FACT 29: Homeopathic medicine has been proven extremely effective in Epidemics such as cholera, typhoid, diptheria, yellow fever, polio and influenza and used extensively in the 19th century.

Hey, it must be working on polio, yellow fever and diphtheria, there hasn't been many cases lately.....has there.

No fucking clue.No

Edit: Wiki says nanophase materials have a grain size less than 100 nanometers.http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanophase_material It says nothing about sizes less than a molecule.

Edit: posted this right after getting up this morning, so, I made an error.
27% brandy, not 27% alcohol. But it's more deluded, so, it's more powerful, right?

That'll make the dog feel better, anyway.

Anyway, how do these fuc*ing morons decide if that homeopathic crap made the dog feel better??? Anyone that would give homeopathic nostrums or acupuncture treatments to a dog shouldn't be allowed to own a dog.

Note: acupuncture is complete and total bull*hit. Double-blind studies with sham acupuncture as the control have shown it to be nothing but a placebo with the added possibility of infection, since acupuncturists seldom wash their hands and never disinfect the puncture sites.

Just another buzzword some idiot has come up. File it in the same rubbish bin as "quantum", "magnetic", "vibration", "energy field", "wave-particle duality" etc.

Just words lifted from physics, chemistry and technology to impress the stupid and gullible.

From Wiki on Nanophase Materials...

"Nanophase materials are materials that have grain sizes under 100 nanometres"

Pretty small, but still detectable.

'dilution'
They keep using that word. I don't think it means what they think it means.

If diluting a substance worked, women having trouble getting pregnant could conceive much easier. Fertility clinics could simply take the sperm and water it down 1000 times 1000 times until there was nano sperm, and voila! Babies galore.
