Haha, No true Scotsman. Hilarity.

A great read here. I've tried to recreate the sauce from Dick's burgers because I effing love it. If I remember right it was relish (I just pulsed a pickle) mayonaisse and mustard, can't remember if I use ketchup. It's an interesting sauce, I recommend trying it and tweaking it and seeing if you like it Yes.

I prefer fantasy, but I have to live in reality.

Well, used my burgerpress for the first time.
Kept it simple, ground beef, chopped onions and some red spicy paste.
Put in some meat, some onion and paste and more meat.
Thing came apart in the pan though Sad

How long did it you let the meat rest in the refrigerator after pressing?
