How about some books !
I'll start with a few I have read.
My favorite so far is ( God is not great ) by Christopher Hitchens
I really liked this one, had to read it a couple of times to get all the info
to sink in.
( The God Delusion) by Richard Dawkins was really interesting as well.
Also ( The End of Faith ) by Sam Harris was a good read.

Maybe we could keep this going not only for us, but also for
some who are looking for some answers to questions and just
driving by the site.

I only came inhere because I misread the thread title as "How about some boobs".

Walking away disappointed.

This is just one of the reasons we can't have nice things. Drinking Beverage

That and the fact, I only read smut.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Books, Have you read "The Third Basic Instinct, How God doesn't get you?" Pretty good book, well thought out. I liked it, and downloaded it from Barnes and Noble!

A few noteworthy books that I have read (some more than once) are:
Sacred Cows: A light-hearted Look at Belief and Tradition Around the World, by Seth Andrews.

Good Thinking, by Guy P. Harrison

Faith vs. Fact, by Jerry Coyne

A manual For Creating Athiests, by Peter Boghossian

Immortality: The Quest to Live Forever and How it Drives Civilization, by Stephen Cave

The Story of God: A Biblical Comedy About Love (and Hate), by Chris Matheson

I know most people have a negative feeling for Graham Hancock. Some porn checking software even ban him! But his latest book Supernatural may explain a bit about how man invented God.

You don't have to read just atheist literature you know.

I recommend Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage by Haruki Murakami

Hi Mountain View.

I too was confused by the thread title and the content of the OP.

Was this an introduction thread?

If so, next time just introduce yourself and say hello.

There is a literature section. In it there are a number of threads on books such as the God delusion and so on.

On that subject I will say the best author I ever read was Voltaire. His philosophical dictionary is great. Very funny. Dawkins' prose is horrid. Hitchens is better. But none compare to Voltaire.

That's about all I can add without a more detailed OP.

NOTE: Member, Tomasia uses this site to slander other individuals. He then later proclaims it a joke, but not in public.
I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.
Banjo.
