Pretty sure I got that from you. Big Grin

You got the water from me, but the blender for frothing was all you.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

If it's food I'll eat it. Usually I just fry 3 or 4 of them in butter, add enough garlic powder to make sure nobody wants to be near me for several weeks, and enjoy. But benedict is also good when I'm not feeling lazy.

Deviled.

In the basket.

Scrambled.

Fried in a pan of bacon grease, over medium.

I just wanted to let you know that I love you even though you aren't naked right now. Heart

Hmmm, didn't know you added vinegar to poached eggs. And will try out stark's recipe.

I don't really like going outside.
It's too damn "peopley" out there....

RE: How do you like your eggs?
It depends. If I'm making hashed browns, the eggs are done over easy, and there's a little breakfast sausage on the side. I'll mix up the taters and sausage into the nice, rich yolk.

If I've got bacon, I'll soft-scramble the eggs as a side-dish.

If I'm making an omelet, I'll heat up a pan to where the egg sticks right away, swirl the egg around to make a jacket, and fill it with bell pepper, mushroom, red onion, and good cheese. Fold it over, and do one more minute on each side -- you'll have a perfect egg dish.

Now that I think about it, I may well make a bacon-cheese-green pepper omelet tomorrow morning.
