Thanks for the compliment. Smile

First off, 45. By the time I was 18 I was thinking for myself. You're never too young.

I have 3 kids (14,12,5) and they all started reading by 4 or 5. Unbeliever is right. Bill Nye ROCKS! Teach your kids to think and read. I hope my kids get it. That's really all I can do is guide them and hope for the best.

Well, good luck with it, wllay. Parenting must be pretty difficult.

Probably not. Martinb59 was in his late fifties, I think. He was our site's resident theist, but he left a while back.

RE: How old are you?
I suppose I get the award for oldest. I will be 60 on 11/2/10, but let me tell you all, I wouldn't take anything for having grown up in the 60s & 70s. Also, it seems no matter what age I am,I am still the same person I was when I was 18 or 20. I just hate the fact a 50 yr. old woman is now a youngster to me....

I saw a car with the 2 best bumper sticker the other day. One said "It's not that I'm old. Your music just really does suck". The other said "I may be old but I got to see all the best bands".

I laughed.

16 y.o. here, 17 in a few months. I'm an atheist since I was like 12 or 13 - although I wasn't very religious before either. It's nice to see as both young and older people come to their senses.
