RE: Are You Ready For Hurricane Irma?
It's already a Cat 4 storm making its way into the Antilles.

Spaghetti plots show a most likely course up the Atlantic coast. It's gonna be real interesting for me this time next week.

RE: Hurricane Irma
Stay safe, indeed!

Also, am rather glad (for many others reasons, too, but still...) that my plans to be in Willemstad, Curaçao right about now, fell through rather spectacularly and am now living the thug tick life in Brazil. Who chose whom is still debatable Rolleyes

Costco is already sold out or very low on staples and batteries. It's never good when you can't find parking or a shopping cart at 11am on a weekday.

Yay. Fun. Dodgy

In no particular order:

HURRICANE PLAN

1 Tie up boat with straps to lift
2 Bring in all outdoor furniture & loose items
3 Elevate treadmill and closet items
4 Elevate storage and laundry items
5 Pack keepsakes and valuables
safe box
personal briefcase
Past tax records
2017 binders
Revolver
Camera equipment
Computers
old divelogs
6 Shutters
7 Take both cars to Miami
8 Cooler with water & food non-perishable food
9 Underwater lights
10 Medicines
11 Place bank safe deposit box items in ziplocks

It's a great list but you left out Samantha and her gear. Sadcryface

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Tell me again about that idea EauDeTorment had about how you might like Winter Garden? Does he have a life insurance policy on you? Can I take out a life insurance policy on you too?

I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the submariners taught me that the safest place to weather a shitstorm of any sort whatsoever, was underwater. Dive, 2pieR, dive. Seriously, keep your hatches buttoned, brother. ... The fuck I'm saying, this ain't your first sharknado rodeo. Big Grin
