RE: I apperently have a pending lawsuit in nabraska
You could counter-sue, citing all the atrocities and murders that God commands his followers to commit in the Bible. Maybe you could get a judgement for a cash award from God. And since all churches claim to be God's house, it would be pretty cool if you could force the confiscation and sale at auction of all church property to pay the damages for God's crimes.

There is a precedent, though not in the U.S. Some time around the 1860's, in order to pay off the debt incurred fighting the French, President Benito Juarez of Mexico confiscated all church property and sold it at auction.

Here is my suggested legal argument: Every church that claims to believe that the Bible is the literal and inerrant word of God, and which claims to be the servant of that God, must therefore accept responsibility for God's actions. Since they claim the Bible is literal and inerrant (those being the only churches I propose to include in the lawsuit) they will of necessity be forced to stipulate to the "facts" as stated in the Bible. I.e., the murders, rapes, thefts of land, etc. It merely remains for the court to establish a monetary value to the damages, and an additional amount as punitive damages, and decide who to award the money to.
