I can't believe I said this...
Ok so this thread is about all of those incredibly lame things you said to yourself. No matter what subject or context, just things that make you facepalm now and forever.

I'll start with a few.

"Why is everyone so stupid" (how very original)
"No one understands me" (the emo it burns)
"Why can't everything go my way" (oh god why)

and so on.

Just wondering about the embarassing sayings that you guys use.

When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.

You cannot successfully determine beforehand which side of the bread to butter.

Unsure

Uh... Those aren't embarrassing ... because uh... everyone is stupid, no one understands me, and I don't get why everything can't go my way. Sadcryface2 Laughat

Pretty sure it's all in the timing.... and maybe the delivery. Wink

Things I say only to myself?

The most used, by, like, a mile - "your head is not for decorative purposes, nor could it ever be, so why don't you start using it for thinking, you *insert some insult*. Like I've said, I'm really mean to myself...

The embarrassing part is it's true and yet I refuse to listen to myself Dodgy

Said to myself?

That I regret?

Consider

It will get better, hang in there (about various jobs)
It will get better, hang in there (about marriage)
It will get better, hang in there (about this forum)
Don't bother with the condom, you have self control!
What harm can it do? (about everything else)

Sad

The PURPOSE of life is to pass on our DNA (from Darwin)
The MEANING of life is the experience of living (from Frank Herbert)
The VALUE of life is the legacy we leave behind (from observation)

oh another goody I just read

If the government was run by normal people everything would be better.

I don't really think anything I say is embarrassing... I'm sure others might get embarrassed if they were to say them, but not me. Big Grin

Anyway, I say groovy a lot... probably too much. Bruce Campbell has affected me too much.

Whenever I lose at something I usually say "I can't lose... I'm the prince of all Saiyans!" Tongue

I'll try to think of other stuff I say on a regular basis... my mind is a bit blank right now.
