Also, in case you haven't noticed, the TTA clock works from hour to hour; not day by day.

ie - if you exceed repping or posting limits for a "day" wait until the hour of the day that you made your first post or first rep. Once that passes, then you have the ability again.

ex:
You rep at 9AM, 12PM, and 7PM. You cannot rep again until 9AM the next day; however, you can only give 1 rep. You can give your next rep at 12 and then 7.
