I feel much better than I did AND I am playing music again. Not at my usual standard, but I am playing. Smile

Wow. Just became aware of this.

To Banjo:
Great to hear you're getting better. Hope you will recover fully. And if you ever need
travelling tips in Germany let me know. I'll be happy to help.

To everybody who supported Banjo:
You are what gives me faith in humanity (pun intended Wink).

Cheers Jim.
Yes siree, the people here have been very supportive of me. Also, now you may know why sometimes I seem a bit out of it. It's because I am. Smile

Three operations this week alone.

She'll be right mate. No worries! Wink

Just returned from hospital where I had a procedure. I'm a little out of it and so thought I'd take the opportunity to share last night with you.

I saved from my pension over the last few cheques and took my nephew who is in town, and his partner out to dinner at a lovely local Greek restaurant. It so happened the my brother was in town for the one night before he flew to LA for some shows his company is putting on there.

Not only that, but my old man is here too. So the entire clan got together!

I would like to share some pic's with you.

You're looking really good. Thumbsup

Thank you Chas. It means a lot.

And to those I did not thank individually yesterday, I was a bit doped out. I did mean to though. Instead I just said "Thanks guys". Just know I mean each of you individually.

Cheers. Dale

You don't need faith for this one, bud; just look back through the thread, and you'll find evidence that even complete strangers can be good goddamned people.

Thanks Lady Day. You have become another important aspect of both my attitude and condition.

Thump and I, if I recall, first met on this thread. And thumpa's help and support goes without saying and is highly appreciated at my end.

I consider myself a very lucky man to be amongst such supportive individuals.

I'm so happy I can be a positive factor. I know what it's like to always be "the sick one", albeit in a completely different way, and I think because of that, stumbling across you touched me personally. Actually, you being so open about your disease has somehow made it easier for me to deal with mine. Mine becomes so little and easy in comparison! :-) So thankyou for that! I hope I can comfort you a little in return. :-)

Banjo, some of my most beloved family members have or have had cancer. But sadly, as logical individuals you and I.... we must face the fact that this life is our last. (Unless you think that the universe will expand and collapse and that event will make these events of life repeat if not happen similarly)

You do indeed. I am very grateful. And humbled.

Thank you. Dale.
