Thanks!

I now know why I have felt so poorly these last few days, I have a hernia! Big Grin

The food here is really good!

The hernia can wait apparently. Tomorrow I get a picc line and the lumbar puncture the following day.

I managed to cut my middle toe badly. Blood all over the place. Being numb, it did not hurt. So I had to buzz the nurse to dress it. Bloody idiot I am. I have no idea how i did it. Sophie, the nurse, did a fine job of dressing it.

I am not in the cancer ward. No beds there as yet. I seem to be in a geriatric ward. Lots of old blokes arguing with their old wives.

I had a pretty good meeting with my new specialist. I am feeling very upbeat and positive. I made him laugh and we get along well. He really knows his drugs.
