I make a special venison sausage -- spicy italian.....

All I need to do is brown up a couple pounds of sausage, (draining not necessary - barely any grease) --- add two cans of tomato sauce, a diced white onion, one teaspoon of sugar (to balance the acid in the tomato) and I've got a killer sauce. I've been told it'd go over good in any eatery....

.....

What.

Anyway, I prefer spaghetti aglio e olio or alla carbonara. Hell, even with pesto.

Yup... it's pretty common to use a smidge of sugar to take the edge off of acidic foods...

(It's largely a texture/sensory issue for me, there is something about spaghetti noodles that is just icky to me)

It's because they are really made from cat entrails. Drooling

That's odd, I never used it.

I had to look that up. I always call it corkscrew noodles. I do like those too. The sauce clings to the noodle better.

Sometimes I like spaghetti with a simple olive oil and garlic mixture.

Just like them because I'm lazy. It's so much more simple to eat fusilli. Just a spoon and you're set. (^_^)

Spoon the fusilli, sounds good.

I guess we can't all use the proper spooning pasta etiquette

But you see now you have a fork to clean too. I don't have a dishwasher so it's by hand of me. Too much hassle. (^_^)
