Do you wear atheist shirts? if not why? If so why?
...

Nope. I'd be arrested.

I like your shirt man!
Had a similar experience at Busch Gardens years ago while in line for Roman Rapids. Wasn't an atheist shirt, as I hadn't admitted to myself yet. But the employees were on my side.

Now I want to go back there. (Only a couple hours' drive.) Or work seasonally as a caricaturist.

Since we live in La-la Land, if you're not a freakazoid of some sort, THAT makes you "boring" ... but when I go East for Summers for "Divinity stuff" I have one tee that says :
"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. John 16:12".
On campus it never gets a reaction. Once in a while in Cambridge is might get a quizzical look.

I need to have one made that says "Jebus no likey .... (something ... but not sure what).

Insufferable know-it-all.Einstein God has a plan for us. Please stop screwing it up with your prayers.

I have three shirts like this: Viva La Evolucion where the chimp looks like Che, God Bless America with the B crossed out in red, and INFIDEL. No one really has said anything to me other than my family.

Check out my now-defunct atheism blog. It's just a blog, no ads, no revenue, no gods.

Big Grin. Yup.

But you've reminded me that Seth's better half offered to send me a shirt.
I suppose there might be one that won't land me in jail. I'll take a look at the options because I'd like to get the atheistic ball rolling over here.

RE: I like your shirt man!
The closest I have to an atheist shirt is my "dog is my copilot" avatar. I love that shirt and wear it often. I've found only a handful of people grasp the subtlety of the meaning and most just smile. I did have one woman outright scowl at me, but I just smiled back.

I want to get a "viva la evolution" shirt and will when I remember. I generally don't go out of my way to push my atheism in people's face because I don't want them pushing their religion in mine. So, I try to extend the same courtesy.
