Basically, roots, stalks and leaves are veggies.

Grains, seeds, angiosperms, ovaries, etc are fruits.

Is there a fermented coconut concoction? A coconut is often called a fruit, a nut or a seed. It is petty much a seed - called a seeded drupe.

I'd love a fermented coconut drink! Smile New project!

Tuba is a type of Filipino beer made from fermented coconut. Lambanog is like a type of coconut wine made from distilling the Tuba. I've heard my wife talk about them, but I've never had a chance to try them.
