(I tried making a title but it was too long)
Working title:

So what happens when you put Fioricet, a headache, tiredness, very little patience, not caring, not willing to deal with retarded BS, audacity, an ex babysitter, and Jeremy into a blender and hit "puree"?

You get QC begging me to "let it go" and let her handle it.

This Fioricet makes me feisty and inhibits my normal ability to "hold back."

Fioricet. That shit damages your liver. On a lighter note, it's a barbiturate. Blink

Have fun with that. Drinking Beverage druggies... sheesh

Where have you been anyway, Kingsy? I mean, besides scoring drugs? Drinking Beverage

Sick. Hospital/bed/after hours clinic/etc

Working on getting my Tramadol mailed to me so I don't have to take this Fioricet anymore. Stuff makes me cray-cray.

You get danger. I don't buy that you "don't care''. One good car wreck, and you're in one hell of a pickle. Those kiddies need you to stay healthy.
You should find the country's best migraine specialist and figure out a way to go there. Have you been to Toulane's Neurology Dept ?

Insufferable know-it-all.Einstein God has a plan for us. Please stop screwing it up with your prayers.

Is it possible that a vertebra is out of alignment?
What do the MRI people tell you - did they find anything in your noggin'?
A 16 year old friend of mine just had a stroke and is just beginning her recovery so ... I'm a bit uneasy about this shit.

I should rephrase.

I don't care if I offend someone and I don't care about the small things.
