If I may, is this a non-partisan forum?
Yesterday evening Dec. 22, 2015, Tuesday, I was worried that this forum is explicitly atheistic, namely, that it is into advocating atheism, so that if a thread started by a theist to exchange thoughts with atheists on the rationality of atheism, and the tide is going against the rationality of atheism, then the powers that be here will find ways and means and reasons to stop the atheist poster from opening again this website, or posting in its forum, if not out-rightly banning him, even on the ground that as owners of the site and forum, they can ban anyone they decide to ban, and there is no commitment at all that they should have to give a reason why.

But then, as I presume this is owned and operated by Americans who are the advocates of free speech and of course free thoughts which people can speak out on, and the US is at present not a atheist state, and in particular since I am expecting posters in the thread I have presently authored to reply to my last post, I decided to return, and I am again here.

You see, there have been atheist states in the recent past which just killed their own peoples even citizens at that if they didn't so much as like them, for example they don't like people who can read and write, so they launched on a campaign to literally liquidate them, genocide them, unless these latters are truly atheists and in fact members of the communist political party which is the only one in the country.

So there, I have made a clean breast of my presentiment.

For your information, I am not here to convert anyone to become a theist, I just ENJOY seeing whether atheists can talk reason; yes that is the truth, the fact, and the logic of my talking with atheists on the rationality of atheists as thinkers; I have absolutely no interest at all in converting atheists to become theists, not at all!

Don't preach. Provide evidence when asked. Don't lose your cool. Do all that and you'll be happy here. The owner is very rational and open to debate.

1) The closest thing the forum has to an "owner" is an Aussie named DeepThought who generously pays the hosting service and keeps the place running. He seldom participates but pops in occasionally deus ex machina like.

2) The mods will not censor any of your posts or prevent you from posting. They may prevent you from starting new threads if you're starting like dozens/day which all say pretty much the same thing.

3) As far as I can tell the only reasons you will get banned are for pornography, nudity or ignoring warnings to stop being a dick or spammer.

4) Swearing like a goddam motherfucking hairless drunken pirate monkey is not only tolerated but encouraged.

There are some rules around here somewhere but I haven't read them and I don't think the mods have either. Big Grin

Now get out there and have some fun you delusional thickheaded irrational theist. Thumbsup

Nope. I'm not sure how this still abounds, but Deep doesn't pay the bills here. Some other sap does that. Dodgy

I am not an atheist and I would have to say that this is the last place you will be banned at. I did an experiment a couple months back on the Christian Forum. I simply posted a thread to ask Christians to show evidence outside of the bible to support the teachings of the bible. It was shut down a few hours later.

There's way to know what would happen for a situation that has no precedent. Atheism, when based on skepticism, is pretty much by definition a rational position. The alternative is to accept a theistic position based on faith and that is decidedly not rational.

Atheism: it's not just for communists any more!

The tide is not going against atheism. In fact, in educated countries, it's exactly the opposite. Theism is on the decline, as there is nothing rational to support it.

Like a bad penny. Weeping
You are not here "to exchange" anything, and you know it. You present your childish simplistic nonsense as if it were the truth cast in stone. You are incapable of a discussion of anything. Perhaps some day you will grow up. Theism is rooted in FAITH. Faith is the abandonment of reason. There is no rational process that can bring anyone to the gods. Christian theology says as much.

Insufferable know-it-all.Einstein God has a plan for us. Please stop screwing it up with your prayers.
