Immoral atheists helping each other
I signed up on TTA 5.5 years ago!
What did I find here?
Strong willed people, discussions and arguments about everything from religion to video games to books to ethics.
And as much as people can fight on here and as hot-headed as some are, the one thing that I have always loved and continue to love is how immoral you all are.

Like horrible people, honestly.

Like somebody feels bad and you come to talk to that person up.
Somebody is in trouble and you come together to help and find ressources.

In this forum, I have found several very good friends.
I found a friend here back in 2012 and I am not just still in touch, we run LARPS and go on trips together. Still to this day.
Pretty much exactly a year ago I found one of my very best friends on this forum.
And the list for me just keeps going.

This place, full of immoral atheists is packed with great people with great minds who help and support each other in times of need and all of that without needing to be scared by a jealous invisible bearded guy who wants to burn you alive.

So yes.
I appreciate all you immoral heathens!

Thanks for all of this

Immoral words I live by:

“An atheist is a man who destroys the imaginary things which afflict the human race, and so leads man back to nature, to experience and to reason.” (Baron d'Holbach)

“I expect to pass this way but once; any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.” (Etienne De Grellet)

"The world is my country, humanity are my brethren, and to do good deeds is my religion." (Thomas Paine) Consider

I guess I thought you had been here a lot longer than I have...more than just a couple months.

Overall it's a good group here, as difficult as that may be for some of faith to believe is possible.

Mostly people are very supportive of people who are struggling.

I am glad to have met you and gotten to know you here. Thumbsup

Hey no problem! I had to eat babies and thank Satan daily for being on my side Evil_monster before I was allowed to join forces with these evil heathens. Trying to cause more trouble everyday Wink

Immoral?

I am the very model of a modern moral entity.
My scruples are impeccable, a model for posterity,
I know the classic moralists, and quote their works extensively,
From Kant and Søren Kierkegaard, to Socrates and Shaftesbury.
I'm very well acquainted, too, with matters that are ethical,
I understand altruism, both relative and virtual,
About objectivism I am teaming with much news,
With many cheerful facts about ego, Ayn Rand, and booze...
