In 2016, Tennessee will become the first US state with an animal abuse registry
and its already got its first two entries: John Michelle Doe and Jane Michelle Doe. Those damn Does must have committed just about every crime in the book by now. When will they learn No

Unlike the Tennessee sex offender registry, which has no expiration (protip: if you need to urinate in public, do it in Kansas), this one has an expiration date of two years for first time offenders, and five years for repeat offenders. Hopefully this will be more useful than the sex offender registry, which IMO is way too much of a catch-all. Putting things like "public urination", and "sex between two consenting minors" on there ends up polluting the list with too much distracting and superfluous fear-mongering bullshit.
