Most reports of supposed "incorruptible" corpses turn out to be either second-hand information ("friend of a friend" reports), wrong, or the result of selectively omitted information. Such as the case of Yogananda, a Hindu swami who died in California in 1952. Reports of his incorruptibility as evidence of his "divine nature" were circulated far and wide -- but carefully failed to mention the fact that he had been embalmed. Dodgy
