This is the kind of mind that took out out of the caves! Oh wait, they're the ones trying to put us back there.

Vosur picking on the indoctrinated...good job!

I'm guessing that they have little or no knowledge of atheism.
They probably thought you were a JW.
It was the virtual version of door-slammed-in-face.

I have reason to doubt that this is the case, simply because of the way I asked him about his belief. I didn't ask him why he believes in the christian god, but rather why he believes in general. Would a religious person pose such a question? Tongue

Maybe.
As in:
Why do you believe?
Cos I like the Jesus story.
Ah, but do you realise that Jesus (praise be his name (or whatever)) was just a prophet and therefore a false messiah and you are in deep shit if you don't follow Mo (praise be his name (or whatever))

There should be an omegle game for xbox. So you can earn achievements.

Btw, DLJ, I love your signature block.

And yet another interesting topic I am not interested in.

RE: Indoctrination in it's finest form (Omegle)
I spoke to a muslim on Omegle today and we both agreed that it wasn't rational to believe in the 299 gods that I could have listed because there is no evidence for them, but the 300th god, his god. Oh that one was real and plenty of evidence for. Of course he couldn't give any real evidence because he said his god is outside of time and space and that's where faith comes in.

He was convinced that once people learned more about Islam, the more likely they would be converted.

I replied "You know, I kind of have the same kind of belief when it comes to education. Once people learn more about the world and educate themselves, the less religious they become."
Of course not all educated people become less religious, they just make up more intricate excuses.

Insanity - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
