Eyeballs are globs of peanut butter or at least they feel that way. Sad

Hug I have trouble getting to sleep at night. I am usually exhausted by ten, but then I take my dogs for a walk to pee and get stuff ready for the next day--laundry etc. and by the time my head hits the pillow by 11 I am wide awake. Additionally, if I get woken up out of a sound sleep at 2 or 3 AM, very rarely can I fall back to sleep.

I started doing meditation at night which has helped. I also am trying to take my dogs out for a walk a little earlier and get stuff done a little earlier before bedtime, so I have a chance to wind down a bit before sleep.

RE: Insomnia
I do crossword puzzles, the hard ones not the super easy ones. For some reason easy crossword puzzles don't make me as sleepy. If my brain has to work harder it makes me sleepier.

I'm always trying to work on my spelling abilities and crossword puzzles help. I'm a horrible speller. I mean, just terrible.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

What an odd thing to say at this point. Do you like Heatheness' eyeballs?

Of course she does, she loves my eyeballs.... "on toast!" (guess the reference)

And yes, chunky. Today, after 4.5 hours sleep they feel like half dried putty. Sad
