Make sure you spend some time outside just before and during sunset.

Letting your body experience the change from daylight to dark makes you produce your own Melatonin.

I might actually try that on those days. I am usually pretty busy after work but I guess I can take 20 minutes to have a walk or something.

OK, I knew about this light and bright technology before, but only installed it today. I can see that my monitor is dimming and getting redder. We'll see how it goes, over the course of the next couple of weeks, because I don't ever expect immediate results from many things. Though I'm feeling more relaxed. That could just be that I'm currently listening to Stuart Hamm's "Simple Dreams". Sleepy
