Ethiopian beans - 2 heaps, slightly larger than espresso ground, natural paper filtered directly into ridiculously large cup.

One home made oatmeal raison cookie and one of Scotland's finest Oaties optional, but preferred. Drinking Beverage The usual.

I buy several roasted beans and make my own blend.

It's nice, robust without being too acidic.

No, milk, cream or sugar. Just a nice cup with a saucer.

Blaaaack. no sugar. I think this stems from being a student and never having fresh milk or un-clumped sugar in my flat. It stuck anyway.
