And what planet do you live on in which capitalist nations never invade or kill or bomb other nations?

How did all those military bases get to be in all those countries? Did they just pop out of someones ass one day?
Capitalism is not political, it's anti-political by definition. Capitalism is simply trading voluntarily for profit.
And how exactly is capitalism "voluntary" when many capitalist nations have to prop up dictators to maintain access to wealth of particular countries? Something so "voluntary" seems to require a lot of military spending.

When the U.S. overthrew democratically elected Salvador Allende in order to have a more corporate friendly dictator, how in the fuck was capitalism in that region "voluntary"?

And have you backed up your statement regarding the idiotic notion that the U.S. is a socialist nation?

Due to the fact that governments in capitalist countries have such little power over their economies, I'd label capitalism as an economic system.

Cool story, bro. Drinking Beverage

This is true on paper, however the people that make up what is called the government are former and soon to be again members of the capitalist class and while they are serving in the government use the government to structure laws and implement policies domestic and foreign to benefit the capitalist class. That is like saying Lebron James isn't a basketball player because he doesn't play basketball 24/7, you guys are denying the facts and using semantics.

Capitalism is economic.

Those who think it's a political system should sue their university for teaching them crap.

Those who think capitalism doesn't control and influence governments needs to sue their history teacher.

So having laws, domestic policy and foreign policy all structured around, controlled by and influenced by capitalism doesn't make capitalism a political entity of any kind?

Then by what definition do you consider something to be a political entity?

No, I don't. The express purpose of capitalism is not to organise or channel governance. the fact that economics and politics are inherently linked is immaterial.

Capitalism is an economical system, just like socialism is an economical system.

But unlike capitalism, socialism is often linked to Maoism and bad communism, and though capitalism itself can be implented in any type of governance, somehow socialism can't. Why? C.I.A.

And because of that, capitalism today has so much political undercurrent attached to it.
