RE: Is Cross Fit a Christian thing?
The religiousness has infiltrated Zumba though, all their Christian music to exercise to because they can offer it free at the church. I went because it was free for a short while. Nope, couldn't do it. I wanted to puke, not from the exercise but from the music. I'll stick to the elliptical and watching Netflix.

I tend to ask random questions, sometime stupid ones, but I can almost guarantee I'm smarter for asking than not.

Nope, my aunt who's atheist made it into cross fit finals this year. She's a machine!

For those aren't familiar with Rhabdomyolysis, it's a very serious condition that those who drink the crossfit kool-aid like to joke about as part of their get fit or die trying subculture.

Cross Fit has nothing to do with religion...I love it...it's a bad ass way to work out!
Cool

I also do yoga, and depending on the instructor will determine if there are some ''spiritual'' aspects to it.
