The thing is, SV, people have been "studying the Bible" (a book title is capitalized, as is "Christian", "I", and traditionally the pronoun referring to your deity "He"), for thousands of years. It's basically a waste of time, UNLESS one studies the cultural and historical context that produced it. The things one learns doing that have a significant impact on how one understands the texts, which is why just "studying the Bible" is useless. One needs the guidance of scholars.

Christianity does not really "flow" organically, in any way, from the Hebrew origins it claims. Jesus did not accomplish what was expected from a messiah. To say "God is omnipotent" is devoid of meaning. "Doing" (anything) is an *action*. Actions require time. They start and they end. Your god is said to exist in a timeless environment. Therefore it can't be said to act, as it's meaningless it its environment, and the decision to act means a timeless/changless being has changed.

"I study and the bible believe he is". <-------- Circular reasoning fallacy in one sentence.

Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,

Would an omnipotent being even care about your opinion?

There are some apparent limits to his power since he needed to rest on the 7th day of the creation myth.

Genesis 2:3- And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

And god can't handle chariots of iron.

Judges 1:19- And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.

In Kings 3:27 Mesha, the king of Moab, sacrifices his son to the Moabite god Chemosh which forces the Israelite army to depart even though Elisha confirmed that god would deliver the Moabites into the hands of the king of Israel in verse 3:18.

Three fairly obvious instances when god was shown to have limitations in the bible. Drinking Beverage
