RE: Is Kim Kardashian at least partially responsible for the burglary
I've just read that KK made her first $5 million (by default) as an "actress" in a 2003 porn movie titled "Kim K Superstar" along with some apparently mentally-challenged bloke by the name of William Ray Norwood (nope, I've never heard of him either).

What an auspicious career kickstart for such a delightful example of young American womanhood. And what a fabulous role model for female millennials to aspire to. Not.

I'm a creationist... I believe that man created God.

Let's not be so hasty to pass judgement. I think that was quite classy and charitable of her to give a mentally challenged individual an opportunity like that.

Kim Kardashian was born into wealth. Her father was the defense attorney for O J Simpson and a multimillionaire. His family owned the largest meat packing plant in Southern California. The whole family is into packing meat of one sort and another.

Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.... on Donald J. Trump:

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

I am so glad I don't own a television. This is the first I've heard of this, and for once, I'm glad to have been ignorant of something.

We have two TVs, but I ignore them. I get more info on this hag from the tabloids in the supermarket, and then a little bit here or at my Yahoo account. If I lived alone, I wouldn't have a TV. I didn't, before I got married.

Basically they're saying, not only was it an inside job, but Kim was in on it. She fled the country before speaking to the police.

Let's think about that...someone breaks in robs you at gun point, steals 10million dollars worth of your jewelry and you leave without speaking to police?????

Yeah no....

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

RE: Is Kim Kardashian at least partially responsible for the burglary
I don't really have much positive to say about Kim K other than the fact that she has done some good in bringing a curvier body to the modern entertainment world and in that sense, helped to change society's views re: only waif-like women being sexy/beautiful. I think it's good for society (young girls especially) to see that beauty and sexiness comes in all shapes and sizes. I wish she had some other positive attributes however. I personally like Sofia Vergara and Christina Hendricks because not only are they beautiful and sexy, but they also have a lot more going for them than just personal wealth.

As far as the OP, I agree, while no one deserves what happened to her--you gotta use a little common sense when traveling etc.
