That's a good one. Hadn't thought of it. It could still be a simulation though if the simulation was designed more like unit and system test code. The simulation itself was designed for system testing and probing. Come to think of it, that's what most simulations are used for. The simulation is now stepping into instead of over while debugging. Like your point better though.

Nope.

RE: Is Life a Simulation?
What would it be a simulation of? Also whoever is doing the simulating is either totally sadistic, or totally indifferent.

Precisely. I am a strong agnostic. As I believe that comprehensive knowledge of our reality is not possible, I also believe that it is...

...wait for it...

...utterly fucking irrelevant.

Solipsism is a useless mind game that adds nothing to the quality of one's life.

(The graphics that DLJ posted in #22, on the other hand -- Ooh, shiny!)

I'm sorry, but your beliefs are much too silly to take seriously. Got anything else we can discuss?

Dude! You’re going to send someone into seizures with those. Shocking

Escher animation is a great idea. There have got to be more out there. An animation of Drawing Hands would be cool.
