Yes. Sperm is a single cell organism which can live independently of the human body and is able to reproduce.

Hahahaha....Laugh out load That REALLY made me laugh.

So I'm guessing you kill off your sperm on a daily basis. Or are you a twice a day killer of sperm. Tongue

He is deformed, crooked, old, and sere,
Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

It's a dirty job but someone has to do it. Women have no idea how hard we must work at it in our teens. Fortunately there are sometimes a few good women to give us a hand.

Re the OP: Is a sperm a living creature? I guess you could argue it is a transitional form of short duration.

“Tiger got to hunt, bird got to fly;
Man got to sit and wonder 'why, why, why?'
Tiger got to sleep, bird got to land;
Man got to tell himself he understand.”

RE: Is a sperm a living creature?
Lame photoshop work...

But...sperm neither consumes nutrients of any sort nor excretes waste of any sort, so while it is tissue of a cellular nature, I don't think it could be considered a living creature. And, so its demise would not be murder or even killing or even death.

When ancient people considered sperm to be a homunculus carrier, then it was considered murder to not allow it to reach the womb.

But, you all knew this, so I am just writing for any who might actually not know. Then again, I may be incorrect and maybe there are little humans living in the bedroom carpet.

It's living tissue... but not a creature.

Next time that you stay at a motel, try not to think about the liquid spore clouds that have been on everything.

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.
