The old adage of "don't judge a book by its cover" is me to a tee. :)

I get the same thing. I've lived in cities most of my life, but I love going backpacking and hiking, even though I'm what some would call a girly girl. Most men I date are surprised I would be happier going on a week long ultra light rustic backpacking trip instead of spending a week at a tropical posh resort.

RE: Is nature right for you?
Depends. Being stuck in the middle of the Simpson desert is nature. Good luck surviving. Smile

NOTE: Member, Tomasia uses this site to slander other individuals. He then later proclaims it a joke, but not in public.
I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.
