Actually the pastafarians.
I salute them for sure.

A female driver in Oklahoma was allowed to pose for her driver's license wearing a spaghetti strainer on her head because it falls under the state's rules for religious headwear

RE: Is this "winnning"?
It's "winning" in the way that it's "winning" for the Church of Satan being allowed to hand out coloring books to kids because Christian churches can.

I do hate every obviously Christian-centric law that is proposed, and I'm glad to see that at least things are sometimes applied evenly. I'd like to stop seeing religion-based exception laws created, but I do prefer them to be religion-neutral rather than Christian-centric.

RE: Is this "winnning"?
I haven't taken a license photo wearing a colander. If I decide to do so in the future, it will certainly be something a bit more festive than the ones in those pictures. After all, being a Pastafarian doesn't mean you have to choose an ugly colander! I think this would be my headgear of choice:

I think I would wear it without the drip plate to save the extra weight. Big Grin

No, silly! The berries are for snacking on while waiting in line for the photo. And maybe save a few for the person taking the photo - so it just might come out NOT looking like a mug shot for a line-up of drug addicts. That would be nice. Yes

Depends on how younger Christians feel about it

I COULD call it winning, but it would be a strain.
