It's 110 degrees here (heat index)
It is beyond hot. It is miserable. And it's been like this for weeks. It keeps raining and making things so much worse. It's hard to breathe outside sometimes.

You get drenched in sweat just walking to your car.

This is one of the hottest summers we've had, and we're only in June. I hate to think what August is going to be like.

I don't believe you. Water boils at 100 degrees. You'd all be dead down there if this were true! Smile

Go away with your hippie measuring system.

This is why I could not live in the South. Here in Wisconsin, it's been low 80s with moderate humidity -- and I've been miserable! It's already too damn hot and humid, but nothing compared to what you're describing. I really don't know how people down there can stand it.

Same here. Outside is 100F/38C. Inside, AC is busted and it's over 30C. Yay.

RE: It's 110 degrees here (heat index)
temp here (SC) has been between 98-103 for the past week, have another week to go before this 'wave' ends and we go back to our usual July 90's.

humid as well. Feels like I am in the clothes dryer.

Oh, and we are moving. Carrying boxes and furniture out to a portable storage unit the past week. I am trying to box as much as I can during the day, and then move items in the morning and after dark.

even the dog doesnt want to go for a walk.

it sucks.

Sheesh, you are drunk ... boiling temp is like 210 or 212 Fahrenheit.

Yup, it's a hot, sticky one. Humidity makes it feel worse than hot. Sadcryface

I remember the PSAs that Ottawa would put on TV when I was a kid. My dad never got metric. Imagine speed limit signs saying 88 and him thinking it's mph.

e: 88 km/h is 55 mph. 88 mph is about 140 km/h.

You don't have to get it. All you do is just forget the other. Don't compare and you're fine Wink
