Smile It's about time... ;)
...that I got around to joining one of these forums! I've been lurking for a while, but decided I like the place so much I might as well register... and you folks seem like a great bunch! Big Grin

Let's see... 16 y/o guy... living in New Zealand... essentially atheist since around 13/14, before that I was raised Catholic and went to a Catholic school (yikes...), one day one of my friends pointed it a few inconsistencies in the whole religion thing and I got curious and did a bit of research and quickly came to the conclusion that religion is completely illogical, irrational and without basis.

All you have to do is read a few articles, watch a few George Carlin clips (greatest comedian to ever walk on this planet) and be a completely die-hard fan of House, M.D. ( Smile ) to realize that religion is held up by nothing more than sand!

I'm an absolute TV (Big Bang Theory, TAAHM, Everybody Loves Raymond, Boston Legal, House, M.D., The Colony, The Amazing Race, Man vs. Wild etc.) & movie (Die Hard series, Godfather series, Shawshank Redemption, Ocean's trilogy, National Treasure, Harold+Kumar, Four Lions etc.) addict, and yet I still like to get out and go geocaching when I can. I really don't have much spare time. Cool

There ya' go!

Hi and welcome. Have an insightful stay.

I hop you like eating babies, since that's what we atheists do.

Grilled? Braised? Sauteed? Deep-fried? Tartare?

As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
And I will show you something different from either
Your shadow at morning striding behind you
Or your shadow at evening rising to meet you;
I will show you fear in a handful of dust.

Haere mai!

And . . . what's geocaching? Smile

Religious disputes are like arguments in a madhouse over which inmate really is Napoleon.

geocaching is great, used to do it with my dad all of the time. My husband and I went underwater geocaching while diving.

Grilled, on a stick, of course, it is kind of a tradition here.
